ZYG11A基因过表达细胞系产品介绍
ZYG11A(Zyg-11 Homolog A)是Cullin 2-RING E3泛素连接酶复合体(CRL2)的底物识别亚基,与ZYG11B同属ZYG-11家族。ZYG11A通过识别底物蛋白N端甘氨酸残基(Gly/N-degron),介导泛素-蛋白酶体途径的靶向降解,在细胞周期调控、有丝分裂滑移及蛋白稳态维持中发挥关键作用。研究表明,ZYG11A在多种肿瘤中的表达水平与细胞增殖、周期进程和侵袭转移密切相关。在肺癌中,ZYG11A高表达与不良预后相关,通过调控CCNE1表达促进肿瘤细胞增殖;在卵巢癌中,ZYG11A低表达与高分级肿瘤相关,提示其可能具有抑癌功能;在子宫内膜癌中,ZYG11A受IGF1/p53信号通路调控,参与肿瘤发生发展。此外,ZYG11A基因突变可导致胰岛β细胞周期停滞,与家族性糖尿病发病相关。Western blot验证显示,ZYG11A过表达PANC1细胞系中ZYG11A蛋白水平显著升高,可用于深入研究ZYG11A在胰腺癌中的生物学功能及其调控下游靶蛋白降解的分子机制。
